As Director of Civil Engineering at Place Foundry, Jeff leads the firm's expanding civil engineering practice, bringing over 17 years of specialized expertise in site design, water resources engineering, stormwater management, and infrastructure planning. He oversees complex engineering projects while integrating technical analysis with comprehensive planning initiatives across Northern Illinois.

Jeff's current portfolio includes engineering feasibility studies, capital improvement planning, and stormwater master planning for municipalities throughout the region. His recent work includes the design of drainage improvements in Rockford's Jamestown neighborhood, authoring portions of Region 1 Planning Council's Regional Water Quality Report, and detailed feasibility study for regional detention in Loves Park. His past technical leadership on major master planning and flood control design projects demonstrates his ability to deliver large-scale water resources solutions. This technical foundation allows him to lead multidisciplinary project teams while maintaining the engineering rigor clients expect.
